Title: Executive Assistant
Job Description: The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Simplify in Style by managing administrative systems, coordinating schedules, and helping ensure projects run smoothly behind the scenes. This role works closely with the Founder and organizing team to keep communication, client coordination, and internal workflows organized and efficient.
As a growing luxury home organizing and move management company, strong operational support is essential to maintaining the high-touch client experience our brand is known for. The Executive Assistant helps ensure that details are handled with care so our team can focus on delivering exceptional results for clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organizing systems and processes, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Hours: Part-time position, approximately 20–25 hours per week (mostly in person, some hybrid)
Typical schedule Monday–Friday between 9:00am–2:00pm (flexible as the business grows)
Rate: starting at $23/hr.
Title: Organizer
Job Description: As an Organizer, you will support the Lead Organizer and be responsible for working with the team to edit, sort, organize, and create efficient and functional organizational systems. Spatial planning and knowledge of organizing products are required. Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, and use a small ladder is required.
Hours: MUST BE AVAILABLE to work minimum of 3 days a week from 9:00am-3:00pm (6 hours) Monday - Friday
Rate: starting at $20/hr.
Tasks:
• Manage calendar, scheduling, and email communication
• Coordinate client onboarding and consultation scheduling
• Maintain CRM systems and client records (Dubsado)
• Assist with project coordination and internal team communication
• Track project details, schedules, and task lists
• Manage administrative workflows and company systems
• Assist with organizing product ordering and inventory tracking
• Support internal documentation and process organization
• Prepare reports, documents, and meeting notes as needed
Tasks:
• Edit + purge
• Space planning
• Work with a team
• Client communication
• Shopping for organizing supplies
• Take donations to local donation center
Qualifications + Requirements:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of deadlines
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Strong technology skills (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, forms, email)
• Experience with CRM or project management software preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Previous administrative, executive assistant, or operations experience preferred
